Bill Dettmann founded a painting business in 1977. He entered the residential coatings industry to upgrade the levels of professionalism and quality of the work product usually delivered. It was a time when more durable, long lasting interior and exterior coatings were first being introduced to the marketplace. Bill believed in doing things one way–the right way–using the best materials, applying technology where necessary, and always achieving each client’s unique vision for their property.
Dettmann-Claus Painting specializes in applying long lasting coatings by using only the best products and paying attention to performing superior site preparation. Each coating recommended has been individually tested and certified as the highest grade. All products resist fading, chipping and cracking by forming a permanent waterproof bond with the surface. We offer the latest architectural techniques, and our coating options include energy efficient, fire retardant and environmentally sensitive paints.
The products we recommend are vapor permeable, bond completely, are environmentally safe, and are offered in an endless variety of colors.
